Your duties as a breakfast staff member
Are you an early riser and love the tranquility in the morning? Do you want to contribute, alongside us, to starting each day of our guests with a bright smile? Are you also looking for an opportunity to prove your hospitality and organizational skills? Then this position as a breakfast waiter at our HOTEL max70 might be perfect for you!
- You are responsible for preparing the breakfast buffet
- Cleanliness and order of the breakfast area
- Friendly interaction with guests

- Salary: In the probation month with 40 h over 5 days you earn EUR 2135.00 GROSS on a collective basis

Your areas of responsibility
- Reservation management: Receiving and processing reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems.
- Billing (Merchant, Paylink, and Co)
- Groups: Group bookings, call off quotas (up to 20x rooms), group registration forms, group no shows, group cover letter.
- Customer support: Responding to inquiries about room availability, prices, offers, and special requests from our guests.
- Sales and Upselling: Actively recommending additional services and upgrades to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Data maintenance: Accurate and efficient entering and management of guest data and reservation information in our hotel management system.
- Collaboration: Close collaboration with other departments such as reception, housekeeping, kitchen, and technical to ensure a smooth operation.
- Reporting: Compilation of regular reports on booking statistics, occupancy rates, and other relevant metrics.

- Processing of all options (OTAs, groups, and contingents)
Your qualifications
- Accurate working method
- Good stress management
- Prior knowledge with hotel software
- Self-responsible and professional appearance
- Communication skills: Good oral and written communication skills are crucial. You should be able to communicate clearly and precisely, both with guests and internally with other departments.
- Organizational skills: Effective time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are important as there may often be a high workload.
- Customer service orientation: A good understanding of the needs of the guests and the ability to respond to individual inquiries is essential.
- Teamwork: Collaboration with other departments, especially with the housekeeping and front office, to ensure smooth operations.
- Flexibility: The willingness to work outside of regular business hours when required, as well as the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Accuracy and attention to detail: Mistakes in reservations can lead to major inconveniences for guests, so high accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
- Selling skills: The ability to offer additional services or upgrades to increase the hotel's revenue is a plus.
- Confidentiality: You should be able to handle sensitive guest information confidentially.
